FYI, there is also an existing RFE to cover this need in the future:

This would work in the opposite way to the current Restlet client for
JavaMail, with a similar/identical XML mail format.

I've havn't spoken to Alan for awhile but I've also not seen a 1.0 release
of mailcatcher come out yet, I might ping him and see whats up with that.
