Hi Xavier, No worry, most features mentionned won't complexify the Restlet Core (API + Engine). - the SIP connector will ship as a separate org.restlet.ext.sip extension - the NIO connector will replace the current BIO internal connector - enhancements to the ConverterService should have very limited impact as well - the HATEOAS features might increase size and I'm not sure at this point if this should ship in the core or as an extension
In addition, we will remove the deprecated classes/methods, thus reducing the size of the org.restlet.jar :) Best regards, Jerome 2010/6/6 Xavier Mehaut <[email protected]> > hi jerome > great to hear that the 2.0 ga version is very near to end (we currently use > in a to be delivered product of us the latest beta). > about the forcoming 2.1 version, i hope that the new features won t > complexify restlets.
