The entity size of the request is unknown (-1), thus the "-". Not sure what's happening without seeing everything that you can see but maybe you could try manually setting the Content-Length header to zero before the redirect (request.getEntity.setSize(0);) and see what happens. I'm not saying this is a long-term solution but it might help you narrow things down.
