Whatsup Steve,

If you're willing to give it away without retribution then that is your 
prerogative.
I know the rfp says "at no cost to the cities or fairgrounds."  I don't 
believe that will be the long term status.
So are all the nodes run by generous geeks who have mucho bandwidth and 
decide to share it without fee?
