Considering you're broadcasting at 34.99 dB and the legal limit is 30db

probably not go with a higher gain antenna. Your neighbors would
probably appreciate it as well :-}.

You actually might want to look at a 2 dBi Omni for that mast, just to
avoid the possibility of a visit from the Feds.
