does this mean if we submit a non-exclusive FCC app, we can use this
satellite frequency to bounce off an existing satellite transponder?
or as a wimax frequency having nothing to do with satellites?
if its an existing satellite, what is its lat, long, elev.,
polarization and transponder number?
