Not that I am aware of. The big issue is avoiding interference with existing ground stations. I have one of my engineers working on figuring out exactly how close to the stations one can operate in Los Angeles County. I'll blog the results when they are complete. > or as a wimax frequency having nothing to do with satellites? > if its an existing satellite, what is its lat, long, elev., > polarization and transponder number? > Not exactly sure what you mean. There is a list of grandfathered ground stations I link to in my blog post, which should have that information. -- Charles Wyble (818) 280 - 7059 http://charlesnw.blogspot.com CTO Known Element Enterprises / SoCal WiFI project _______________________________________________ SoCalFreeNet.org General Discussion List To unsubscribe, please visit: http://socalfreenet.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss_socalfreenet.org
