Howdy, all! Lately, I've been looking into learning how to smelt and refine metals as part of learning how to practice blacksmithing as a hobby. Its something I have little to no hands on experience in doing, except for pouring lead to make weights for a soap box derby car.
I'd like to start out with refining some copper, as I have amassed a very large collection of it from the rewiring of my house. Anyone else interested in helping out?
