We have the bot as a reminder because historically, if we didn't have an email reminder the day of the meeting then no one would show up. We found a reminder email the day of goes a long way. Meetings are at 7pm every tuesday. There has not been an exception to this since our opening day back in May. If you want to come to a meeting, that's great. However, I don't think it's Trever's or my responsibility to remind everyone. If you need a reminder the day before, set your phone to remind you. There's no reason why we should have to reprogram Phong to remind everyone. We will stick with the system that has worked for us for the past year.
And I just want to repeat a very key important point: it is NOT Trever's and my job to annoy people to come to our meetings. Any information you need about the goings on of the space is on our website. Any more questions or concerns about this should be sent to me personally. I don't want to spam our whole email list about this anymore.
