There are regulations for kilns in commercial locations.  They include
things like distance from walls and how close patrons can be.  I don't
think there is a legal requirement for venting. But it needs to be figured
out.  It also affects insurance sometimes.  The best way to buy a kiln is
to find out EXACTLY what kind of power you have a find a kiln that matches
it.  There are some phase issues in addition to current and voltage.
