Beth/Carlton or Hacker Scout-(ers?): Start thinking about whether you'd like to use meetup.com - I believe scheduling meetups there would be a great start to reach out to the community- you can either schedule meetups for everything hacker scouts within the synhak meetup group, or start a new meetup.com group altogether on our account - whatever works.
When you all schedule a time to meet, I'll try to meet with you all to see if we can set this up together - I can assign co-organizers on meetup for convenience too. Having a well thought out description for the about pages on meetup.com is usually great first step. And ofcourse, if you have a desire to record intro videos to be used on synhak's youtube channel, I can help record them - just schedule it in advance.
