This space is directly next to the tow path and is maybe a block away from
the Central bus exchange.

On top of that the AGBA focus is for helping business grow and build in
Akron. Having us there could act as a benefit to the AGBA as well as
encourage growth in membership for us.

There is a LOT of foot traffic around this area as it is in the heart of
Canal Place unlike our current location.

Heating would most likely come from Akron Thermal (very reliable) BUT
cooling is always an issue, The nice thing is with a dock door we could
prop it open and get a breeze, or make another solution :)

Internet should not be a problem at all as the Time Warner hub is in the
next building.

This space has been here for years and it seems that the AGBA sees the
benefit for us being a part of it. It might be prudent to investigate this
further and talk about costs.
