Can we add: * 3 phase power * AC, or the ability to install our own AC unit * No noise ordinance (ability to run noisey machine 24/7)
Things we need: Running water * 110v and 220v * Incredibly close to public transit * 24/7 access for members with tokens * Lots of power outlets.
