I'm going to have to ask you to stop referring to women in this manner in your emails, while at first it may have come off as a joke it is now a pattern. Keep in mind this is a mailing list goes out to over a hundred people and some have already, quietly, expressed an offense to how you reference women in your communications. This will stop.
Regarding the piano, with the dimensions of the new space there would be room for it and it could go with the guitar that's already at the space.
