Philip,

I know we talked about this a couple weeks ago. I can make room in my storage
unit when this snow let's up and come get it to hold for SH. I will get back to
you asap.

Subject: [SH-Discuss] update on the piano available as a donation

To be clear on the matter of the piano I can donate, it is available to any
person or any organization on Planet Earth.

The first entity to (1) confirm acceptance *and* (2) give me a specific day
and time to pick it up will be the lucky recipient of the piano.

I can't hold it for anybody on the assumption that it may be accepted or it
might be picked up at some time in the near future.

If somebody at SH, who is authorized to make a decision on the matter,
emails me with a "yes" and a time and date for the pickup, I will be happy
to hold it for SH. Same terms apply to anybody else who may want the
piano. First come, first to make music with it!

The only glitch that may arise is the status of the storage unit where it
is resting comfortably on the concrete floor. The unit is subject to being
emptied and closed by the original renter at any time. If he shows up on a
Saturday morning and takes what he wants, the piano will have to be moved
suddenly, with very little notice. Otherwise, I can hold it for a week or
so for SH or a member or anybody else.

I was hired by the out-of-state renter to dispose of most of the contents,
by sale or donation or discard. The piano was one of the items designated
as unwanted and available to donate.

Email me if you have questions.

Philip
