Steve, OK. Thanks for stepping up and volunteering to be the backup person with the alternate storage site. No need to do anything yet.
It is a tenuous situation with the original renter. Actually, the rental contract was signed by two brothers - one in Washington DC and the other in Florida. Either one may show up with a truck and take what they want out of the unit and leave the rest to be disposed of within a day or two. The urgency about the unit is because it has a long waiting list of new renters and cannot be left without a tenant for more than a day or two. If SH decides they want the piano and provides me a time and day for the pickup, then you will be Plan B, in case something happens at the unit before the scheduled pickup by SH.
