Thank you for taking the time( and money) to journey out to help SynHak! I
sincerely apologize that no one was there to let you in out of the cold. I
had previously expressed my inability to attend to the organizers so I am a
bit out of the loop as far as what the deal today was.
I will be sure to bring it up at Tuesdays meeting on the off chance no one
with knowledge of the plan responds to you before then.
It is a shame not only that volunteer hours were lost but that people had a
less than excellent experience with SynHak.


Thank you for your time and efforts I hope future interactions are positive.
