You can remove the ball valve with a long screw driver and dump the beer out if you want to sell them empty. You could also contact saaz in akron and someone there might be interested in buying them. If you can weld Ss they make good gas tanks. You could also load your own beverage into it with not a ton of work. I would help someone in the future if theory were interested. I could also give a talk for synhak on brewing beer and we could brew a synhak brew. I have all gear to do so. Sometimes you might see half barrel kegs 15 gal.
