I need that wall to stay also. Unless you company is buying the place then it would not matter, but If I ever have to sell the place I will need a front office.

Summit st. questions. Pat, On the matter of removing the wall that encloses the small office space in the front of the shop. What is your opinion on this? I don't not wish to leave you an industrial building without a proper office. Thanks, Devin Wolfe SYN/HAK INC. As far as the south wall. I do not want this being done if the wall is not sound. You can pay a structural engineer to design something if you want, but if that wall were to come down too many lawyers would be involved. Please do not do that. We can talk about it at a later date. Also I have not received notice that the utilities have been changed into your name. This is a violation of your lease. Please handle that right away. Any bills from this point forward send to me will be your responsibility. If I have to pay them I will have to charge a processing fee. Please get this done ASAP. Please send any other question to me when you have them. Summit st. questions. Hello Pat, As we get further along with the renovations I would like to get your input on several projects we have coming up. First off we have removed the wall that divides the lunch room from the main office area as per your approval. We are now looking at removing the wall and adjoining closet that separate the small office from the rest of the now larger lunch room. I do not wish to hurt the resale value or usefulness of the property in the event SYNHAK Inc. does not purchase this property. Please advise. We are also in talks about adding windows to the top half of the south facing wall (the long wall). My concern is the wall movement that is centered on the exhaust vent becoming amplified. Also please advise. I have asked Mr. and Mrs. Herman to edit their sublease to reflect "Blue Crab Ventures" as the land owner. I will forward you the final copy as soon as I receive it. Thanks for your attention, Devin Wolfe. SYN/HAK INC.
