If you don't mind doing it during the day, there are a lot of locations around 
downtown that are always packed:

* First Energy plaza
* Lock 3
* Quaker Square
* UA campus
* Corner of Main and Exchange

I'd bet you could even ask some of the local hookah bars if you can sell a few 
things there.
