before 1/14/2014 I spoke with several members about the idea everyone seemed in-favor of it. on 1/14/2014 I opened a discussion at the meeting. I stated the price, term, important details. I asked if I needed to have a written proposal and board approval and was told to act with do-acracy. Perceived consensus was that this was good and that a sublease was a great way to offset a looming fear of insolvency without needing to alienate members with higher rates.
At the summit space floor-plan kickstart committee we spoke about what area would be available to support the sublease. The hackers present at the meeting agreed that the hallway, along the southwall, would be best spot.
