I agree that removal is inappropriate .I also think that mediation between you ,Andy and Chris is inappropriate because Chris as your close friend, whether he is biased or not, would be viewed as a biased party. I feel that if mediating is to happen we should seek out a mediator who is not a close friend to either of you.
