I do feel that Chris can be impartial and has been with me before, much like I think I can try to be impartial when moderating. Still, I agree with you. Chris and I share a mutual associate who is professionally trained in conflict resolution. She is also in the speaker's bureau queue for a session on those techniques for next month. She's offered to mediate things at the space before, and since she's not a member and I only interact maybe once or twice a month, I think she could be impartial enough.
