About the Bike Shop - there seems to be strong support among the members for the proposal, in spite of the page length and time required to read it thoroughly. There are sufficient funds available to make it happen very soon. It will be up for a vote next Tuesday. If you are not going to be able to bring Robert to the meeting, let me know and I will send you details on how to name me in a proxy vote statement that will allow me to submit Robert's vote at the meeting.
