Lo que ocurre es que el programa automático que administra el correo de
la lista, recibió un rechazo del mensaje

Por lo que te está avisando que si efectúa una prueba y esta es
rechazada te dará de baja de la lista, pero esto no ocurrirá pues
evidentemente ya recibiste el correo de advertensía.
Esto ocurre generalmente cuando tu servicio de correo proporcionado por
fibertel.com.ar (supongo) aplica filtros contra spam y rechaza los correos.
