Can you get CF to connect to sqlite? I've seen some folks do this with
rails but, it has a built in webserver so that definately opens up a
whole realm of possibilities...

IIRC, the excuse was that there was no good CF based Wiki software at the
time. You'd think from a marketeering perspective, they would have whipped
