CF runs really well on WAS 5 and 6. No real reason why not to run it that way if cost isn't an issue. There are some issues with CF if you run it on Websphere Portal however. Flash Forms don't work at all, but as far as I'm concerned who really cares. If there is something I would need a Flash Form, I'd do it in Flex anyway.
