Also for the ricer's out there you can use the jrocket jvm on your
local cfeclipse as well... it improves the perfomance of eclipse a
bit.

of a gain. In a side by side comparison of bouncing through the CF admin you
would see noticable differences. IBM may be very slow in updating their
JVM's to spec, but they do write a stable JVM that performs well. I'd pick
it, or BEA JRockit over the Sun JVM any day of the week for both performance
and stability.

CF runs really well on WAS 5 and 6. No real reason why not to run it that
way if cost isn't an issue. There are some issues with CF if you run it on
Websphere Portal however. Flash Forms don't work at all, but as far as I'm
concerned who really cares. If there is something I would need a Flash
Form, I'd do it in Flex anyway.

Anyone here running(has run) CF under IBM WAS? We might be getting this
forced on us, so was curious if there were any really large glaring reasons
not to. Besides cost of course.
