Font issues. The HR department cuts and pastes from Word docs into it and uploads them and then when called from my app the font size gets screwy. Then when I try to go in and correct it, the small, x-small, xx-small can't correct it. It's either too large or too small. It's becoming more and more of an issue as I see it popping up more and more.
