i've talked to my director about it and it may be something down the road but not in the budget right now.
i wouldn't use the new tags in anything going on the prodcution box but would like to check them out which is why i'm considering this option right now. i just wanted to make sure that there were no serious changes in the ways some tags behaved from 7 to 8 that would cause apps to blow up when i put them on production. i figured if i started playing with it on my machine and learned some of the new tags/functionality of 8 that i would be able to present a better business case for putting 8 on the live box.
