Beyond John's helpful info (and I recommend his hosting), I will say to address Timothy's concern that there are in fact many low-cost CF hosts. I list them in a category of my CF411 site:
ColdFusion Hosting Alternatives http://www.cf411.com/#cfhost I don't identify their prices, so you would need to look into each, but some will be low cost. In fact, note that I have a link there to an article, "10 ColdFusion Hosts Under $10/month" (as of September 2007). Of course, John's admonition about "cheap" PHP hosts applies as well to cheap CF ones: "there's a cost to that". /charlie > -----Original Message----- > From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of John Mason > Sent: Wednesday, August 05, 2009 4:14 PM > To: [email protected] > Subject: Re: [ACFUG Discuss] RIApodcast recording after tonight's > meeting > > There's a lot you are talking about here.
