John, any possible explanation for that on the server end? The notes had definitely left my machine, and I've had interactions with others on this address, so it's not seemingly an issue on my mail server. Since you refer to images, if you may be processing them with CFIMAGE, there's a hotfix for image processing specifically related to problems with the resulting files, and it may be connected to your problem. The user uploads images and supporting documents when submitting the expense report. This particular part of app is creating a pdf for the user to be able to print. I think it might have something to do with the images.
