I'd love to change the password but that's part of the problem, I can't even access the panel so authentication isn't even an issue at this point. The locally running web site hosting the admin panel has been disabled in IIS. I've tried re-enabling it to no avail and can't get the blasted thing up. It's also not anything unethical. I have a server where the old developer decided to disabled access to the administrative panel and I can't for the life of me find a way to turn it back on.
