Yep on both counts. I'll point out as well that they now offer a software
rental option for those who may prefer that (lower per year, paid yearly).

As for the image (and PDF) handling, I'll add as well that there have been
hotfixes related to that which Frank should also explore. He says he's on 9.
For that, note that there were fixes added in 9.0.1
(http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/847/cpsid_84726.html). Frank, if you've not
applied that updater, do go get that (http://www.adobe.com/go/getcf901)

For readers still on CF 8.0.1, I'll note as well that some image-related
hotfixes were added as manual steps in CHF3 of 8.0.1, so if you jump to CHF
4, you have to add them still. I discuss that in a blog entry:

hotfixes

Frank, you didn't mention anything about the code generating pdf i.e. how
you are handling images etc.I would be interested to look at it.

Also, FR offers 10 day trial. Also, if I am buying, I would go with 100
dollar maintenance which will give you option of free upgrade to new
releases, patches etc. I know there is an update coming along somewhere
around june july which covers memory tracking in more detail. Guys, correct
me if I am wrong here.
