Actually, in this case the dataProvider does not need to be bindable.  When
a edit completes, the DG code writes directly to the data in the
dataProvider (via references).  Thus your dataProvider contains the edited
data as John pointed out.  A good way to provide a reset for the user is to
actually create a copy of the dataProvider and use this copy in the
datagrid.  Hence a reset function is simply to recopy again.
