you mean?  The menu itself or the URL you want to navigate to based on a
click in the menu?  Andy's example shows how to capture the event on click
of a item.  To actually open a browser window and nav to a URL in your data
based on this click, look at UrlRequest.  Here is a example

var url:URLRequest = new URLRequest();
url.url = 'http://www.yahoo.com'; //who uses this still? hehe
navigateToURL(url, '_top') //note that you can use the standard html stuff
_top, _self, etc.
