Here are the Essential Functions of the position: Produce new FLEX functionality and new applications primarily for the client's internal deliverables and tools. Assess user requirements and functional specifications to develop new user-side applications and features Maintain and support existing client internal and external applications Assisst Product Maintenance group with providing Application Support: Design and implement code changes to provide solutions, quality assurance, and testing. Communicate with staff and external users to investigate issues and provide training and solutions (Includes use of Ticket System, corporate email) Monitor imcoming error emails, server alerts and server status to determine error priority and offer solutions. Assist with server updates, software installls and server administration. Provide usability testing and assist with defining technology and code requirements. Train Jr. Application Developers in client's Architecture, usage, data structure, and best coding practices. Assist with overall supervision of Jr. Application developers with code deliverables and communicate requirements. Education Level: Bachelors degree preffered. Computer Skills Required: FLEX, ActionScript, FLASH, LiveCycle Data Services, J2EE, SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, XSLT Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal comm. skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
