You can read all this in from an xml file.  You essentially have to
set everything yourself in the remoting objects; you end up using
endpoint instead of destination.  It;s kinda ugly, but I haven't come
up w/a better way yet.  (Personally, I think it was a mistake to have
client-side code reading values out of the compilation environment
(flex-services.xml) that are later used at runtime.  If anyone has
come up w/a better approach, I'd love to hear about it.)
