I've had issues with time in AS3 <-> SQL Server before.  I can't remember
the exact solution but essentially what it boils down to is that the
following two times are actually the same:

2-5-1985 00:00:00
2-4-1985 24:00:00

There could be some conversion going on between the way your AS3 treats the
number and how the database treats it.  You might try setting the datetime
to 2-5-1985 00:00:01 to force all systems to interpret it the same way.
