LOL Tell me something I don't know... Actually, as far as reliability is concerned, my Internet connection through them has been fairly reliable over the years, and fairly quick too... But their customer non-service is always a pain when there are problems...
But it beats the previous ISP I had. I had a DSL connection with Mindspring for awhile (which became Earthlink at some point). Had to purchase my own DSL modem for that, and it was REALLY a pain when my connection would go down -- Earthlink would blame BellSouth (from whom they leased the physical line), BellSouth would blame AdTran (the DSL modem manufacturer) and AdTran would blame Earthlink AND BellSouth. Try dealing with THAT for awhile, and you'll see why I switched to Comcast. At least I'm now dealing with only one company's crappy customer non-service department instead of three of 'em! L.
