Taking a peek at Catalyst. Am wondering if anyone has tried to use this in team setting yet. In particular, am interested in 1) how well the process works when a designer has said "I'm done" and it passes a project over to a team that uses a framework like cairngorm, and 2) what happens when the real world is not waterfallish as implied by Adobe's workflow discussions -- is merging a nightmare?
Guess what I'm really looking for is some insight into a workflow where Catalyst has really worked out for a team.
