I have been working with Flash Catalyst to bring in vector art work into my
projects...

The only draw back ATM is it currently one way..

so if you want the designer to change something you have to reconvert it..

Example:
I import a Vector Image from Adobe Illustrator call Add

Flash Catalyst imports it as Layers

Select All in Flash Catalyst

I Select [ Optimize Artwork --> Optimize Vector Artwork ]

Then I switch [ Window --> Switch to code workspace ]

src --> assets --> graphics --> Graphic1.fxg is created

I highlight this and copy this into Flex Builder...

I then rename it appropriately so if I need to re-import it I can remembeer
where it goes..

I probable should come up with a nameSchema..
fcAdd_AI.fxg or something

But from what I have read on it..

FC is suppose to be used for prototyping...

Presenting a fast way to show screens too the client...

I just use it to optimize my vector graphics for Flex :)
