I will as the secretary of the board collate the results of the votes
received from the lists and forums and will supply a link to the results
so that anyone who wishes to can review them.

Who is this this other group? Where are their proposals? Where is *their*
vote? I *DO NOT* expect this information to come from Koozali it *MUST* come
from those who wish to form this other group.
I have great admiration for those putting their time, effort and money into
Koozali. They have got off their backsides and are doing something positive.
Vote on it so that we can move forward in a productive fashion without
even the implication of illegitimacy, one way or the other.
Is there an independant "vote" site somewhere? One that takes the IP address
of the origin and requires some form of confirmation (respond to an email?)
to register a legitimate vote?
In the meantime my X goes against option 3.
