Oops, yes looks like some libraries or symbols plplotluac depends on are
not available so the dynamic linker refuses to load plplotluac?
Unfortunately 'ldd' on the nanonote segfaults when used on shared
libraries so I cannot easily check what plplotluac depends on.

Did you try to install the other plplot-* packages from the link I
provided?  Maybe the plplot-cxx*3_xburst.ipk is needed, too?  I also
noticed that plplotluac is not executable (try chmod +x), but that
doesn't seem to cause any problems here.

I won't be able to do more thorough checks for a few days.
