I have no plan, but market exists. The facts:
- Many  MeeGo and Maemo users and developers feel abandoned.
- There are a lot of experience learned from GTA0x and BEN projects.
- Qi people have experience in cell phone market
- There still a small market of Linux fans who want a real free phone
- Android it's not GNU/Linux
