I see that there is an election started, but I don't find the rules. How will peoples vote? Will voters can only select one candidate or a list of candidates? If Daniel Pocock writes that only peoples subscribed on 6 May are allowed to vote, why can he make that rule and nobody else? How can an election be useful if it has no rules when it starts?
