Yes, I have done the following:
- passed Fellowship records over to your new Fellowship council so they
can contact you about their plans
- asked the Fellowship council to agree on who (or which legal entity)
will control the domain name, web site and mailing list. When they
respond, I will hand those things over. If they decide to set up a new
association/Verein this could take some weeks.
