Hi,
You can find first Arizuka submission draft on the wiki:
http://wiki.librefunding.org/index.php/Hackadon#Initial_Arizuka_submission
It's basically a copy paste of previous version. We can improve the
description once the project is accepted.
Bastien, can you review and submit it? I believe it will be more
efficient this way, you know them, you can answer questions, etc. I can
set up the campaign details later (rewards, cost breakdown, movie,
pictures, etc.). According to the FAQ it takes up to 48h to get initial
approval.
Thanks,
Jarek

Hi Bastien,
I am trying to prepare Arizuka project. I do it in French, because
English translations are funny (collectivité -> local authority).
Perhaps I will ask them to fix it later.
I have a couple of questions:
1. Should I submit a project as myself, with my name, phone, address or
should someone else do it?
2. What PayPal account shall we put in the project organiser details,
withoutmodel's?
3. Which organiser's social network details shall we use:
withoutmodel's, librefunding's?
4. I tried to have both English and French details, but it does not work
well and I think it's easier to just do the campaign only in French and
prepare a meetup (meetup.com) for English-speaking visitors. Is that OK?
5. Are you OK to translate all my texts? I can copy as much as possible
from previous year.
As you see I have a lot of questions, basically about every form field.
I will also not be able to answer any questions Arizuka or participants
might have.

Hi Jarek,
thanks for interacting with goteo. It's good to hear they are
flexible about not having a second funding round, this was the
main blocking point for me.
I would see no objection to running the campaign with them but
it's a bit too late for this year, and I'm in favor of running
it with Arizuka.
We already know Arizuka quite well.
They came to the first hackadon to support our efforts.
I talked with Arizuka's founder (Fabrice) on the phone last friday.
He told me two things: (1) they experiment with a system where some
sponsors add money to what people give (something very much along
the lines of what we do during the hackadon), he would be glad to
experiment this with our campaign ; (2) although arizuka's platform
is not fully released under a free software license, they are using
free softwares and contribute to them -- Fabrice told me he would
prepare a blog post explaining their relationship to FLOSS.
Another argument is that there is no contract needed, just a bank
account (I plan to ask Louis-David for using withoutmodel.com bank
account.) I understand why goteo asks for such a contract, this
is a good thing, but Louis-David is very busy and I don't want to
delay the campaign just because we need him to sign a contract.
Last but not least: Arizuka team have been very helpful last year
in a very short time frame, the same that we will have this year.
Long story short: we started this discussion a bit too late and I
hope we can have a more motivated choice for next year, but for now
Arizuka is "good enough", and I'm 100% confident it will work well.
If you have no objection, I suggest we do it that way: put the
content on the wiki then start a project on Arizuka. I will prepare
a vidéo.
