[pfSense-discussion] Proper setting for traffic shaping

I have a 384K DSL connection, and I don't understand what I should be adding for traffic shapping... I put down 10000kbit for the LAN (IN) side and 256Kbit for the WAN (Out)... Was that the correct entries for the shapper?
