We would consider posting a bounty but it has to operate on a separate
machine from the PFSense box.  All the accounting/billing/radius has to
be central so we can add/remove AP as the business changes.  We don't
program in PHP or know how to setup a linux/freebsd radius system so it
would have to be either a package or a live cd type of setup.

    I don't mind contributing a feature like that to the pfSense 
project, but I have school and other projects to contend with, so I need

some incentive to help develop :).
    I don't want to steal the main devs glory, but you could post a 
'bounty' for the feature, such that it gets added into the project and 
you can ultimately make money with your internet cafe scheme. Just a 
thought...
